Nice Concept and great Graphics, but this is an App.

The concept is good and the grapics are great. It’s a wonderful app.

However, as a wall paper (aka desktop backgroud), the number of “drops” is excessive and makes you loose focus on your main application. I would suggest the author limit the number of drops/min or slow down the rate of the wave. (It would be really nice if there was a preference for this).

This app also has a screen saver mode, but it doesn’t act like a normal screen saver as it doesn’t lock the screen or activate via hot corners. (Another reviewer mentioned this as well)

Neither the desktop or screen save modes are selectable via the system preferences so you need to launch this app and make changes there. If the author could fix this issue so that it did behave normally, I would easily give this 4.5 stars only taking away the 1/2 star for the drops of water being distracting.
